Step 1 · About ten minutes

Design your team's card (we'll help)

Pick a card layout, add your logo and team colors, set payout details, and set the order deadline date.

You'll set: your team, league, or school name, the season, and your order deadline.

What you don’t do

Hire a designer, learn design software, or approve twelve proofs. You'll see exactly what your card looks like before you launch, because what's on your screen is what prints.

Step 2 · That's it

Share out a link

When you launch, you'll get a link to your team's order page. Text it, email it, drop it in the team group chat.

What you don’t do

Collect order forms, chase down who paid, keep a spreadsheet, or hand out anything.

Step 3 · You are not involved

Each family orders for their own player

A parent opens the link, adds the player's name and photo, sees the finished card on screen, and pays. Each family personalizes their own card, so you are never the person cropping thirty photos. Parents can choose to add a Custom Player back if they want the full baseball-card treatment.

What you don’t do

Upload photos, edit anything, or handle anyone's money.

Step 4 · 2 to 4 weeks

Orders close, cards print, cards ship

Nothing prints until your deadline passes. Once ordering closes, cards are printed and shipped directly to each family who ordered, usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

What you don’t do

Arrange delivery of a giant box, sort it, or organize a pickup day in a parking lot.

Step 5 · 20% of every order

Your team gets paid

Once orders are delivered, the payout goes to the account your team connected through Stripe. Payouts run through Stripe, which means we never see or store your team's bank details.

If your team, league, or school has an EIN, use it during setup, so the money and any tax reporting attach to the organization rather than to you personally. No EIN? You can still run a fundraiser. Just know that proceeds over the IRS reporting threshold would be reported under your own Social Security number, which is a good reason to ask your league whether they have an EIN before you start.
